At Zeez Mount Munnar Resort, we do not ship or deliver physical goods. Instead, we provide accommodation and hospitality services at our resort property located in Munnar, Kerala.

Service fulfillment

• All confirmed bookings are fulfilled in the form of room reservations and access to resort facilities.

• Once a payment is successfully processed, the guest will receive an instant email confirmation with booking details.

Delivery services

• The delivery of our services takes place at the time of guest check-in at Zeezmount Munnar Resort.

• Guests are required to present a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed) along with a valid ID at the time of check-in.

No physical shipping

• As we are a hospitality business, there is no shipping or delivery of physical products involved.

Check-in and Check-out

• Guests may avail of the booked services during the check-in and check-out times specified in their reservation confirmation.
